Hi, I'm Greg, Have you ever felt like the path your life has taken has not turned out the way you expected? Do you sometimes wonder why you don't feel the way you think you should, or worry that you may not be headed in the right direction? We all feel that way, quite often, and I've found that it often helps to talk through some of these things to help us feel more confident in ourselves, and in our lives. For the past 30 years, I have been in the business of helping people of all ages through tough spots in their lives, with a variety of circumstances and problems, and I have seen a lot, but I am always interested in meeting new people and finding new challenges to work through.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I hope that after our sessions, you will feel heard and understood, and that you will come away with at least one idea which will help you move things in the right direction for you.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Motivational Interviewing, Family Dynamics, CBT and other behavioral therapies, psychodynamic and interpersonal models.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a strong proponent of the idea that an individual's mental health challenges influence and are influenced by their environments and circumstances. My history working with children, especially teenagers, and families has given me some skills to not only relate to teens themselves, but also help give insight to parents about some of the challenges they are having. I have also spent a number of years doing crisis work, which I have been able to use to help clients work through any high mental health need situations which may come up for themselves and their family. I also have experience in working with people with personality disorders, and supporting those around them with those specific challenges.
