Greetings, I'm Kimberly! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in North Carolina and Virginia. Do you feel managing life's transitions is becoming overwhelming? Through telehealth sessions, I assist individuals manage anxiety and depression while identifying ways to increase healthy self-awareness and self-esteem. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and assistance with developing a stronger relationship with yourself. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with a brief introduction then go over specific challenges you're experiencing in your life. This will help ups create a person-centered plan for us to work through during follow-up sessions.

Although I'm comfortable with helping clients manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, I feel building an appropriate relationship with my client for open and honest conversation results in successful treatment outcomes. I want my clients to feel empowered and confident while developing relationships with themselves and others.
