Welcome! My name is Allison, and I am passionate about helping others to fully discover and grow to become their most authentic/true self. I believe it is important that we challenge ourselves and do hard work while also giving ourselves grace along the way. I enjoy working with those struggling with an eating disorder, body image distress, anxiety, and life changes. If this sounds like you, let's work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I will be gathering information to learn about you and what has brought you to counseling. We will work on setting goals and a plan for moving forward. Remember, this is YOUR session, so I will provide as much or little guidance as you would like.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have several years of experience working with those struggling with an eating disorder, body image distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulty finding a sense of self. I also have experience using the Christian faith in the therapeutic process, if desired.
