Life is always changing and sometimes those changes are not always easy to deal with. There is no one way to deal with everything thrown at us. Using a person-centered and integrative model of therapy helps clients feel better about their current situation. I have an extensive background working with worry issues, feeling down, and matters of spirituality. I have trained in and have 10 year experience in expressive art therapy, solution-focused therapy, nature therapy, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, processing events, positive relationships, and more. I am here to guide you through the hard times, bad times, and good times. In graduate school at Saint Leo University, I obtain a Master's in Social Work (MSW) specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice. Before receiving my MSW, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication with minors in Film and Creative Writing. I have worked in a wide range of positions in the helping professions including community health centers, private practice, child welfare diversion, non-profits, life coaching, overnight summer camps, tutoring, in county school systems, Department of Veteran Affairs, among others. In his free time, Chad likes to travel, see movies, be in nature, and participate in the arts. I am also Licensed in Utah and take cash paying clients currently living in Utah.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Treatment works best based on the person coming in for therapy and what treatment methods work best for you. The first session is to get to know each other and decide the type of treatment that aligns with your personality and values. As such each client has a personalized treatment.

Integrative

Every person has individual needs and different therapies or modalities will help. Some of the integrative treatments I use are nature-based, art-based, solution-based, mindfulness, nutrition, yoga, movement, among others over the past decade.
