What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will review your expectations and answer your questions about how I will work with you. Then, when you are ready, we will discuss your specific concerns. Together we will create a tailored plan to work through in future sessions.

My biggest strengths include an understanding of how to manage your nervous systems responses that make you fight, flee or freeze. You will benefit from my ongoing studies in Polyvagal Theory and develop skills to respond to yourself and the world with greater ease.
