Hello, I'm Kristy Have you felt anxious or overwhelmed regarding emotions, relationships or physical health? Is it difficult to find peace amidst your daily schedule? Is it difficult to be kind to yourself while you are caring for others? I help clients communicate effectively and find balance while setting boundaries within relationships to decrease stress. Together, we can identify what's not working and develop a plan to develop internal motivation for choosing healthier responses. We'll use a present moment focus, explore adaptive thought patterns and increase self-awareness to enhance personal growth. I also promote skill development for emotional regulation (e.g., anger management) and distress tolerance. Whether you're dealing with relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome whatever is preventing you from moving forward. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The initial session will require a diagnostic evaluation but therapy sessions afterwards will occur consistently 2-4 times monthly.

My strengths tend to focus on relationship development and emotional regulation. I am willing to meet in person, but I am not yet ready to meet in person at this time.
