Hi there! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I am also licensed in Ohio and Texas. I received my Masters from Palo Alto University and have been practicing for 6 years. I help teenagers and adults struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, trauma, anxiety and depression. I bring my whole self and my whole heart to my work with clients. I’d love to partner with you to find a new approach to healing and being free of the limits of body image and disordered eating concerns.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and navigate through the initial assessment which will help me build a foundation to best support you. Then I work with you on creating a treatment plan that would best support your needs and values.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I approach every session with warmth and compassion. I consider my therapeutic approach as collaborative and client centered to best meet my clients’ needs, values and goals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

At various times in our lives, we may feel stuck and lost on our path of life. At times, this could look like using coping skills that are not helpful or prevent the growth we truly want to make. I invite you to come as you are in our sessions and allow me to walk through this journey alongside you to unveil the feelings and guilt of being stuck and in return, develop healthy coping skills and thrive. My wish is to provide a safe, warm, and inclusive space to help you grow, process, and heal. Opening up and being vulnerable can be scary, but it can also be relieving, and I am passionate about supporting you through this process.
