Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, based in North Carolina. I received my Master of Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I have been working as therapist for about 10 years. I am a military spouse that has been married for over twenty years. I love to spend my spare time with my husband, children, grandchildren, and my pets.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, we will have brief introductions, then we will discuss the challenges you have going on in your life. We will then together create a plan for following sessions tailoring the plan toward the goals you have for therapy.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Having worked as a therapist for over ten years I realize that each person have their own unique needs and goals. I love to assist my clients in discovering how to meet their goals. I care about my clients and am compassionate. Life can be difficult at times but I believe when clients allow me to be part of their team I can assist them in meeting their goals.
