Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida since 2003. I help clients who prefer to overcome their upsets and traumas beyond just talking about what they have gone through. By incorporating techniques to calm the body we are able to great reduce or even dissolve the upsets for good!
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we will discuss what you'd like to work on and gather some background information. We will begin working on the issue(s) so you begin to feel some relief even in the first session.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My strengths as a therapist include my desires to provide you with TOOLS and TECHNIQUES for helping yourself between sessions as well as on-going for the rest of your life so you can calm yourself whenever needed.

I am a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and use this method to help clients focus on their strengths as well as the growth/learning they have gained from their difficulties.
Grief Therapy
I use grief therapy after loss of loved one including those who have had loved one/friend who have successfully committed suicide.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I am trained in various trauma focused therapies including Energy Psychology and Tapping on Acupressure Points to reduce and even dissolve traumas.
