Hello! My name is Mary and I'm a licensed mental health counselor, licensed in both Vermont and Massachusetts. I went to Lesley University and have been practicing since 2017. In recent years I've had the pleasure to be in private practice working with LGBTQIA+ community as well as with people with trauma histories (of which there is quite a bit of overwhelm.) Above all, in these challenging times I have been continually impressed by my clients and their triumph of the human spirit.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session we will complete a thorough wholistic assessment, to get a sense of what's happening for you. The objective is to get to know each other, so please bring your questions or concerns. It's totally normal to be anxious before your first session, and for the sake of establishing good boundaries you don't have to feel like you have to share your whole life story in the first session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Clients in the past have described me as warm and nonjudgemental. I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable be your truest self.
