As a Christian Therapist, I want to meet you where you are at. I want to listen and support you in gaining the insight and clarity you need to become unstuck in life. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. Minimizing symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and self-worth. I use a mix of therapy modalities to help you shed the narratives that no longer serve you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Best hopes are discussed and explored during our first session. Trust and ease of comfortability will begin to be established. Ideal support goals will be created and a plan of how to accomplish these goals will be laid out. How often to engage in support and what future appointments will look like will be discussed as well.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in helping people find their way back to their center. Life can become hard, busy, and extremely stressful. People tend to lose themselves along the way. I help folks heal from past wounds and experiences that keep them stuck. I provide support to those in the helping professions as well. I specialize in helping couples remove barriers that keep them from thriving in their relationships. I help people heal their story so breakthroughs and freedom are maintained when the new narrative emerges.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I blend Psychology techniques with principles of faith to secure opportunity for mental and emotional well being. For example, Psychology uses cognitive behavioral therapy for treatment while the bible encourages believers to take every thought captive and not allow false unhealthy thoughts dictate their emotions or behaviors. Same concept just different approaches.
