Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Savannah State University and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety and coping with life stressors to develop skills to manage them so they can live their best life.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, after introductions my goal is to build rapport to establish that therapeutic relationship with individual, learn more about them to fully assess their needs. Another goal in the first session is to collaborate with them to develop a goal oriented plan to move them forward on their journey.

I enjoy collaborating with individuals who are engaged, open-minded and ready to move forward on their healing journey. With over 10 years of experience I am able to engage an individual and support them on that journey utilizing the right tools.
