Welcome! I'm an LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor, practicing in Pennsylvania and the owner of Blythe Wellness. Currently, I exclusively offer telehealth services. With a Master's degree from Rosemont College and over a decade of experience in behavioral health, I'm here to support you. Additionally, I'm a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Amputee Peer Specialist. My focus is on helping adults conquer anxiety, depression, and PTSD to realize their fullest potential. Let's collaborate to alleviate symptoms and cultivate growth on your path to greater well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll establish rapport through introductions, creating a comfortable space for you to share openly. We'll then discuss your specific challenges, such as anxiety or depression symptoms, to tailor a personalized treatment plan. This plan may include therapy techniques, coping strategies, and goal-setting to address your concerns effectively. Throughout our sessions, I'll regularly check in to assess progress and adjust our approach as needed. Together, we'll work towards overcoming difficulties and fostering lasting positive change in your life, with your well-being as our top priority.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have more than ten years of experience in behavioral health, assisting adults dealing with mental, physical, and substance abuse issues. My passion lies in uncovering the root causes of these challenges and developing personalized plans that lead to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I'm deeply committed to helping adults who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious as they navigate life transitions and work through past trauma. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering space where clients can explore their challenges, build resilience, and find healing. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based techniques, I aim to help individuals regain a sense of control, develop coping skills, and ultimately thrive in their journey towards greater well-being and fulfillment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I integrate CBT techniques into practice to help individuals manage a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, OCD, and more. In my practice, I help patients understand the principles of CBT and guide them through exercises like thought challenging or behavior experiments. I tailor to the user’s specific needs and concerns, providing support and encouragement along the way.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I help guide individuals to process and make sense of their experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Cognitive processing therapy (CPT), for example, is a specific type of therapy used to help individuals process traumatic events and related thoughts in a healthier way.

Forensic Psychology
