Hey! I'm Dr. Andre, a licensed clinical psychologist. I provide therapy for a range of concerns. No matter what you are facing, I strive to understand your situation and help you find relief and clarity. I aim to provide a genuine and trusting relationship and a judgement free atmosphere to explore the concerns you are facing! I completed a BA in Psychology, an MA in Clinical Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, a 12 month internship followed by a 12 month post-doctoral fellowship.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session I will conduct an intake assessment meaning we will cover why you are seeking treatment and your background history as well as presenting concerns and symptoms. During the first session I aim to orient you to the therapy process and clarify any concerns, and answer questions! We will dicuss any scheduling and finances if not already done so.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide a genuine and trusting relationship that is highly professional but with the level of down to earth connection of a friend!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I strive to provide a genuine and trusting relationship and a judgement free atmosphere to explore the concerns you are facing, I use CBT to collaborate with you to find solutions for your problems that are resulting from behaviors, thoughts, and emotions.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

For individuals hoping for a short term goal oriented approach, I utilize a solutions focused treatment model to help you find an alternative way of living that is better for you and your situation.

Psychodynamic

For individuals experiencing long term problematic relationship patterns, I utilize a psychodynamically oriented approach to help you explore early experiences and how they may have contribute to mal-adaptive ways of living in the present.
