I specialize in supporting older teens & twenty-somethings with challenges related to anxiety, stress management, and self esteem. Whether your hopes are to manage your anxiety and stress, to start accepting & loving yourself for who you are, to stop people pleasing or for extra support in reaching your mental health and personal goals, I’d love to support you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will get to know each other, make sure we feel like a good fit for what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and start creating goals for our work together.

I really pride myself on holding a safe space for my clients. I have a warm, uplifting, friendly approach to therapy. I really value helping my clients feel safe, seen, and heard. Our sessions are an absolute no judgment zone. We can bring your faith/spirituality into our work together if that's something you're interested in as well! This space is for you. When I'm not in session you can find me teaching yoga, hiking, at a farmer's market, at my favorite coffee shop or planning my next adventure.
