Hi I'm Gwyn! Have you found that somedays are great and other days you can barely accomplish minimal tasks. This struggle is real and often times we can thank anxiety, depression, and trauma for this rocky road. The body and mind desires balance, consistency, and routine which can easily be disturbed with everyday life stress. Perfection is not an option however, by working together we will explore how to feel more in control of your stress and anxious thoughts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe space where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. Let’s restore hope together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Prior to your first session you will need to complete an intake form, an anxiety and depression self-assessment. The first initial appointment is spent getting to know each other. Time will be dedicated to gathering more insight in to your past, relationships, education and career. During the first session we will review confidentiality, HIPPA, and what to except while we work together. Future visits will be more therapeutic in nature. For example, in your second session, you may explore a specific symptom, problem, or past trauma you mentioned in the first session and together we will develop your wellness goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a clinician, I am relatable, I'm curious and I truly enjoy exploring your world with you. I gravitate towards young adults, couples, relationship issues, life transitions and hoarding, the effects of hoarding on the person, family, friends and community.
