Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing mental health for 8 years. I have experience working in outpatient, inpatient, rehab and school settings. I help clients deal with various mental health struggles including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral changes, marriage and family troubles. A positive therapeutic alliance is a key factor in the success of therapy and I like to work together with my clients in order to help them improve their current lifestyle and achieve positive mental health.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and begin building rapport. I believe that a positive therapeutic alliance is key to successful therapy. After, we dive into specific challenges you are facing. Then, we work together to create a tailored plan to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in mental health for over 8 years, I have developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping clients identify and overcome barriers to challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
