What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the therapy, you are welcome to communicate your issues in detail and we can discuss together, what worked for you in the past and what did not work, and we can also discuss, the coping skills that can help you in your day-to-day life. If you want to discuss the triggers that lead to depression and anxiety, can be also discussed.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Depending on your issues we may use the tools, but the most often used method in my therapy session is, cognitive behavior therapy, a solution focussed therapy and a strength-based approach. relaxation method, yoga etc.
