What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A therapeutic alliance, in my opinion, is one in which you have at least 51% of the sway and I have a maximum of 49%. My mission is to help you reach your life goals and keep the advantages of therapy going strong. We will focus on creating healthy connections, self-awareness, self-esteem, self-care, coping skills, and a closer relationship with your faith. Your happiness is being restricted by harmful attitudes and practices, which we shall strive to alter. The overarching goal is for you to identify the support systems you require in your own life and learn self-care techniques so that, eventually, you won't be feeling to have to go to therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I employ cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to investigate the relationship between a person's behavior and ideas, feelings, or both. As a CBT therapist, I will work with you to recognize negative thought patterns. I'll discuss with you how these tendencies might or might not result in unfavorable actions and attitudes. Together, let's work to develop healthy cognitive functions. These changes can help you have a healthier, happier perspective and can also help you change your behavior and beliefs. In addition, I practice Christian-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and strength-based counseling.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Based on my previous encounters with the clients I serve, I would describe myself as dependable, understanding, professional, accountable, compassionate, and collaborative. One of my strengths in helping others is building collaborative relationships and alliances; by cooperating, we can accomplish the goals we set during the session.
