Hello! I am glad you are here and taking courageous steps towards improving your overall well-being. I enjoy working with new moms who may need help with postpartum anxiety, depression, or navigating adjustments since motherhood. I have experience working with professionals who need help with setting boundaries, decreasing anxiety or depression, or improving work-life balance, perfectionism, and/or relationships. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma and have difficulties managing their emotions or relationships. Please email me at kailynn@evolvetxtherapysvcs.com for additional availability or scheduling options.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I recognize how difficult it can be to start and show up for therapy. I focus on building relationships with my clients and making them feel as comfortable as possible in sessions. In the first session, we will start building our relationship, understand your current needs or concerns, and identify realistic goals to work on in future sessions. We will agree upon the cadence of our sessions and schedule those follow-ups at the end of our visit, as long as that is okay with you.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have great relationships with my clients. I am personable and work well with most people. Usually, my clients enjoy working with me and we develop long-lasting relationships until they move on to monthly or as-needed sessions. I am understanding and do not pressure my clients to do anything they are not ready for or that will not set them up for success. I will be your advocate and empower you to make the changes you want and deserve in your life. My clients describe me as validating, helpful, respectful, positive, and nonjudgmental.
