Hi there! I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Florida with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, families, and adults to work through life challenges including conflict, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, issues of self-esteem and managing grief and loss (including through divorce/separation) to develop coping skills to help clients have the life they want.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session together, we will begin to work on developing a safe and therapeutic relationship and then identify the challenges that brought you to therapy. Understanding you and your challenges and goals can help me to identify a plan to help work on during our follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, I have developed skills in a variety of areas working with children and adults on identifying effective ways to manage and cope with challenges that hold them back from living the lives they would like. I continue to actively seek out ongoing educational trainings to continue to stay up to date with the most current ways to help clients reach their full potential.
