Hi, I'm Cynthia. Do you find yourself struggling to get through your day to day, maybe due to lack of interest, low energy, or difficulty concentrating? Or maybe you find yourself exhausted by what seems like endless worries, inability to relax, and restless nights. These are just a few of the common presenting issues I have experience working with. I am very passionate about helping individuals dealing with mood related issues such as depression and anxiety. I also think it's safe to say that sometimes these symptoms can present due to big life changes and adjustments as well, even the positive life changes. If any of these scenarios resonate with you, I would be honored to work alongside you through it.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session together will be focused on getting a clearer picture of what your main concerns are. From there we can collaborate on a treatment plan, really focusing on what your goals are for therapy. Following sessions we will continue to address our goals. It is important to me to regularly check-in on where you feel our progress stands towards these identified goals.

I have significant experience in working with a range of clients and presenting concerns. I am always interested in furthering my experience and knowledge. I often follow up on trainings related to improving my skills and knowledge, especially in my areas of interest such as mood disorders.
