Having delivered services to individuals spanning from youth, adolescents, and young adults to adults aged 3-89, I to embrace all that the therapeutic process provides.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to aid clients in coping with and overcoming the effects of traumatic events, particularly those associated with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). CPT is a tailored variation of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) crafted to address the specific requirements of individuals who have endured trauma.

Motivational Interviewing

I implement Motivational interviewing (MI) to evoke change, as it is a client-centered, goal-oriented method of communication to assist clients in identifying their motivation for change.

Strength-Based

In this therapeutic approach, we'll collaboratively examine your strengths and areas of resilience, identifying how they can be valuable to your treatment plan and goals.
