Welcome! I specialize in providing a safe and confidential space where clients can process and talk about issues that they are facing. I also support first responders and veterans through their transition to civilian life, addressing issues related to PTSD, addictions, anxiety, depression, and more. My ultimate goal is to foster resilience and empower my clients to overcome obstacles to improve their overall well-being. I take pleasure in collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and professions, particularly witnessing the remarkable personal growth that therapy can facilitate. Currently, I work full time at a police department providing crisis intervention services and educate resiliency for officers. I provide a safe and confidential space where law enforcement professionals can process the psychological and emotional toll that comes with their demanding roles. I also supports veterans through their transition to civilian life, addressing issues related to PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. My ultimate goal is to foster resilience and empower you to overcome obstacles and improve your overall well-being. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and non-judgment, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and understood throughout their therapeutic journey. I utilize a number of therapeutic counseling tools to personalize and cater one’s treatment for optimal results: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Humanistic Therapy. I provide a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will utilize our time to get to know each other and to see if we are a good fit. This will be our intake session, allowing me to understand your overall needs. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have to get a better sense of who I am as well!

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I apply a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and humanistic therapy. I tailor these methods to suit the unique needs of each individual I collaborate with, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach in my therapy sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I possess a background in assisting adolescents, adults, and first responders (including police, fire, dispatch, and corrections personnel), as well as active-duty military personnel and veterans. My expertise extends across multiple years of working with substance abuse in both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) settings.
