Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have used Cognitive Behavior Therapy for most of my clientele. Cognitive Behavior Therapy helps clients identify negative thought patterns and behaviors, recognize core beliefs of what they believe about those thoughts, and understanding how negative thinking impacts resulting behaviors. The goal is to replace negative thinking with healthier thought patterns, thus resulting in healthier behavioral outcomes.

Christian Counseling

I have been a Christian Counselor for more than 10 years providing therapy to members of various faith-based churches. Traditional talk therapy methodologies is integrated with Christian beliefs practices by incorporating theological concepts to help address challenges of life stressors.
