I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in New York. I earned my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College. My goal is to help individuals from all walks of life with becoming the best versions of themselves. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Also discussed will be expectations and a discussion on possible barriers to treatment as well as the work that needs to be done to resolve any identified barriers.
