Hi! My name is Sarah, and I have been practicing as a therapist since 2017. I am a warm, Christian therapist who focuses on listening and understanding as well as offering new perspectives and practical tools to help you navigate difficult feelings and situations. I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship concerns, building confidence, attachment struggles, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, practicing self-care, improving health, letting go of perfectionism, healing from shame, grief/loss, and divorce recovery. I focus on helping clients to process difficult emotions, understand what is their responsibility, learn how to regulate feelings, practice managing their mind, and build a healthy relationship with themselves and others. Feel free to reach out to see if I might be a good fit for you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will briefly go over paperwork, gather some basic information, and then we will focus on what brings you to therapy! We can identify your therapy goals, so that we can be on the same page and you can get the most out of our time together! In our ongoing sessions, we can work on the list of things you want to address. I like to check in with what you want to focus on for that day, make space to process difficult emotions, and give practical tools and feedback to help you move forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am passionate about sharing the many practical tools and perspectives that have helped me and so many of my clients work through struggles and build healthy relationships. I provide a safe space where clients can share their story and process their feelings which brings so much healing. If you are struggling, I would love to support you on this journey towards growth and healing!
