Hello, I am a licensed mental health counselor currently licensed in Florida, New Jersey, Nevada, Indiana, Wisconsin, Idaho, South Carolina, and Vermont. I have 10+ years of experience with all ages. I love to do parent training for people who struggle with their children regardless of their mental health, neurological, or developmental condition. My first love is behavior therapy for people with autism however, I have extensive experience in mental health and substance use disorders or all severities.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I want to make sure that I support you in your journey and individualize your treatment according to your needs. I believe that our minds are powerful and that our minds can be both challenging and amazing at different times or sometimes, at the same times. With me, you will always feel supported, I am open to any situation, and I am a non-judgmental person who wants to make sure that you will always feel supported. If you think of all of the things we live through, and the challenges you are dealing with at this time shows how resilient you are. The beauty of mental health is that although it can tear us down, there are also many ways to build it up and the process of change can be truly rewarding. No matter how severe your challenge, know that there is a lot of support out there for you and I am here for the journey with you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Behavior therapy is my first love. Teaching people how consequences (both good and bad) derive behavior is my favorite however, I tailor my therapy sessions according to my clients individually and CBT, motivational interviewing are also something I find very important.
