I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, families and groups. My areas of expertise are ADHD, anger management, adjustment to new transitions in life, anxiety, depression and postpartum. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic and Person Centered Therapy. Whether you’re feeling the pressure of juggling multiple roles, feeling the weight of all the demands and expectations, or trying to cope with depression, anxiety or low self self-esteem, you don’t have to walk this path alone. Talking and making sense of your experiences can help you learn and understand more about yourself and what you need moving forward. Therapy is an educational tool and a safe outlet to help you gain clarity, insight, and awareness, and can help you adopt the skills necessary to overcome obstacles and improve your mental health. I have supported parents with teaching and educating their children on how to manage their child's behaviors in the least restrictive environment. I support individuals that are struggling with stress, anxiety and depression by educating them on ways to manage their emotions. I help young adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Having worked with children and adults for the past 10 years, I've developed skills that allow me to connect with my clients and provide them with necessary tools they need to increase their strength and confidence with utilizing the techniques that they have learned.

I love working with adults who are attempting to navigate through life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life and what is expected of them. Looking for the bright side in dark situations can be difficult, however, learning to manage helps to create resilience. I think it is important for me and you to work together on your concerns as a team. I can help you sort through your thoughts and feelings, set boundaries and goals, learn strategies to cope with your own challenges.
