My name is Diana Ahmed I am a therapist, LCSW based out if New Jersey. I have had the pleasure to work with children, adolescents, adults and families. In our first session, we will begin with a introduction as well as questions that will help guide our further sessions. Then we will be able to dive into specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a more tailored plan that we can work through follow up sessions.

Having worked with different clients for the past 6 years I have been able to develop a playbook on how to identify roots of certain challenges and create a plan/goals that lead to wanted changes/new goals.
