Hello, I am a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Maryland and New York. I received Master Degree in 2018. I have worked with various individuals, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, addiction, substance abuse, and communication challenges. All these individuals have one thing in common: they want to be heard and have a safe place to speak their truth. I find that it is an honor to be able to listen to and collaborate with clients on their sensitive issues.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we can have a brief introduction and then proceed to what brought you to therapy. We will discuss what you expect from your therapist and barriers and the challenges and goals you want out of therapy. We will discuss a schedule and when you want to start your therapy sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Meeting with clients and talking about their issues can be very challenging for the individual. Sometimes, individuals need time to process what is needed to make their best decisions. This is where I will be a supportive ear and provide a safe environment with no judgment. Building rapport with individuals is what makes the therapeutic process works.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In applying CBT I help the client and or patient learn about their irrational thoughts. Together the patient and or client will have a safe space to process their emotions.
