Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Arizona. I received my Masters from Northern Arizona University and have been working within the field of mental health for over 21 years. I help clients struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, depression, and other symptoms become the best versions of themselves. I believe in a safe non judgemental space for you to heal.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This is in the form of an intake and we will gather history together. This will help me to collaborate with you to create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will also go over consents and the counseling processes.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I like to provide a safe, non judgemental space to do the work.
