I focus not only on your current challenges, but themes and patterns that have impacted you throughout your life. I encourage clients to make connections between current issues and past themes in their lives. My approach is active, collaborative, and relational. I strongly believe that psychotherapy works best when it is a collaboration between client and therapist. I aim to understand your experiences, memories, and relationships in order to create openings for change. I have worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety and panic, trauma, grief, self-harm, family/relationship conflicts, and impulsive behavior. I am a warm and relatable person and I bring that to my work with others. Through exploring life experiences and understanding that everyone copes with life differently, I meet the client where they are and we grow from there.
