I am a licensed clinical therapist. My ideal client is someone who desires to heal and move forward with their lives. This person is willing to do the work necessary to get the results they desire. My ideal client is respectful of my time just as I would be respectful of their time; thus, my ideal client attends all scheduled sessions or cancels at least 24-48 hours in advance.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me, you can expect me to be attentive, a great listener and inquisitive. You can also expect to receive compassionate responses and homework designed to help you move forward along your healing journey to wholeness. I focus on you getting the results that you desire. My approach to therapy is more person-centered; thus, I use the person-centered therapeutic method often.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I understand cultural differences and I account for them during therapy. Also, I'm very empathetic and solution-focused.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve clients that have low- self-esteem, have lost a loved one, are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, or have experienced trauma.
