Hi! I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in Arizona, but since I'm dual licensed, I can also see Colorado clients. I received my Masters degree from the University of Arizona and have been practicing for 7+ years. I help adults of all ages struggling with stress, anxiety, life transitions and relationship issues. My goal is to help you become the best versions of yourself. I utilize several different modalities because each person is unique; I spend a lot of time getting to know you so I can make sure I'm using the most effective approaches.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, expectations for therapy, and I'll answer any questions you have in hopes to help alleviate any fears or concerns. We will then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, as well as the goals you hope to accomplish. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having 7+ years of experience in the field has allowed me to see a wide variety of people. I have been able to meet them where they are at and journey right alongside of them. I add appropriate levels of humor along the way, and help you see your true potential.
