Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, New York, and Nevada. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California (USC) and have practiced for 13 years. I have worked with the LGBTQI+ community, as well as those beginning or deciding to move on to graduate programs and those navigating the stresses of anxiety and depression.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into specifics challenges that you are facing to work collaboratively on a plan that we can focus on to ameliorate these issues and find tools to help you navigate them.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with many people over the past 13 years and from a diverse range of backgrounds and beliefs. I’ve learned that one of the most effective things I can do as a provider is to listen to you as an individual and see you as the unique person you are and work alongside you to help find the best approaches that will assist you in achieving the goals you are aiming toward.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I appreciate working with those either in their undergraduate years and are deciding to continue to graduate school as well as those who are in graduate school and learning how to manage the increased demands. I also work with those in the LGBTQI+ community learning to integrate into their community and looking to talk to a neutral party about the anxiety and stressors that may arise.
