Life can be difficult, we all experience times of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, hopeless and fearful. We often believe that seeking help is a sign of weakness, however, to struggle alone allow us to remain weak. The only way we can move in a different direction is to take action. Without action you will miss living your best life.My practice is geared towards women and young adults on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues to name a few. I am here to support you on your journey to live a more authentic life. Creating a safe, non—judgmental space where you can tell your stories.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In my private practice, I want to provide a safe place for adolescents, young adults, and women to be heard, valued, and supported. Being a therapist allows me to center my engagements and conversations around empathy and compassion, while keeping my clients accountable, empowered, and inspired to live a well-balanced, authentic life.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My approach is strength-based and solution-focused, which allows clients to learn the skills and strategies they need to apply outside of the therapy session. I see therapy as a collaboration between the therapist and the client. Perhaps, you're fixated on your past or the future, negative thoughts can have a strong impact on all aspects of our lives. As we work together in therapy, you may gain the confidence in yourself to live a meaningful life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and women who are experiencing emotional and psychological issues related to reproductive health, women's issues, and life transitions.
