I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina and have received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Don't let that scare you. I do not judge and am easily relatable. I love working with clients who find themselves in a place where they have to make life decisions and help them think through what the best decisions would be.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I usually spend the beginning sessions getting to know you and what makes you tick. Then, usually in the first or second session, we can do talk therapy and help you learn coping mechanisms and assist you in your healing process. By the way, I offer Christian therapy, when requested. I do not pressure others, I accept unconditionally; no judgement at all.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I would think that one of my greatest strengths is that I do not judge others according to their past actions or what they are thinking. I tend to recognize how past treatment from others may have an influence in the client's current actions and reactions.
