From a young age I've wanted to help others. For over 20 years I have worked as an LICSW in a variety of healthcare settings with people across the lifespan, helping to inspire change and promote quality of life. In addition to my independent licensure, I hold a diploma in Natural Health Consulting, and certifications in spiritual and energy healing practices. My education, trainings, professional and personal experience make me a well-rounded practitioner equipped to help you reach your goals. Working with me you will be in a safe "space" where you would be heard and not judged. My approach is integrative, tailored to your individual needs. My style is patient, empathic, compassionate and kind. I will treat you as a unique individual, meet you where you are at, and work collaboratively with you to help you move to where you want to be. Together, we can effect change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We are all people who need help in some capacity along life's journey, and therapy is a resource that can really make a positive difference. In sessions we will identify and work through whatever challenges you are experiencing. You will gain new and useful insights as well as coping strategies which you can incorporate into your day-to-day life to help you attain emotional wellness and become the best version of yourself.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Some of the treatment modalities I utilize include Cognitive-Behavioral, Client-Centered, Relational, and Compassion-Focused therapies, as well as mind-body practices.

Some of my biggest strengths as a therapist are my passion for helping others, active listening skills, open-mindedness, authenticity, and serving as a positive role model to help promote health and healing.
