My name is Danielle, and I help people navigate life's bumps, twists, turns, mountains & standstills. I have lived through some complex and dark experiences, come through the other side and this has allowed me to gauge the level of depth required to help others. I work from the soul. I am grounded in common sense & reality and am ready to offer a “port in the storm” to help you catch your breath, sort out your thoughts, quiet the internal chatter, create meaning and make sense of some of life’s curve balls.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I do not believe there is a “one size fits all” approach to counseling and source myself using a personalized approach geared towards empowering you by: identifying inherent strengths, cultivating resiliency, crafting necessary tools & life hacks to help you handle, navigate and overcome life’s many challenges. My goal for each counseling session is for you to know that you no longer have to be alone with whatever “it is” that is challenging you from either past, present or future concerns.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been told that my biggest strengths include: I am down to earth, candid, genuine and possess keen insights. I have experience working with a broad spectrum of clients experiencing a variety of life challenges, including but not limited to substance use, PTSD, re-entry, Veterans, relationship issues, anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, decision-making, coping, & life adjustments.
