I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2013 and have been practicing for 7 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, confidence, and coping skills. I have worked in various settings including schools, community-based care, residential, and agencies. I specialize in anxiety disorders and development of healthier choices for well-being. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and empathy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

At our first session, we will start with brief introductions and then begin to explore the specific difficulties you're experiencing. This will help me create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. My goal is to ensure that every client has the strategies they need to modulate and mitigate their symptoms.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I've developed diverse interventions to help you (a) identify the factors eliciting your symptoms and (b) to create a treatment plan designed for measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My clients are eager to improve and ameliorate their symptoms but don't yet have implemented the needed strategies.
