We can develop strategies to empower you to be the best you. I have 3-years of experience working with those suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and other forms of issues. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a variety of issues. I provide EMDR therapy, CBT therapy, or DBT therapy depending on your needs. I believe what makes therapy successful is the relationship you form with your therapist. Therefore, my approach is to create a safe, and empowering environment for you to feel supported. Seeking help can be a scary first step but it is the first step to positive change. If you feel ready to make that first step, let's get started!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First sessions can be scary, especially because we often don't know what to expect. In our sessions, we will focus on establishing a relationship that is meant to empower you. We will create a safe space, and establish goals, expectations, and boundaries. Our goal in the first session will be to set you up with an understanding of how we will achieve your goals step by step.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some of my biggest areas of expertise are various forms of trauma. Whether it be simple Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Each requires its unique plan to address. I have extensive experience in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, and personality disorders.
