Well, I’m here to listen, support, and serve as an agent and advocate for change in our new partnership! I am a believer that “what makes you stronger, makes you beautiful” – author unknown. This quote encompasses my view on transformation, resulting from life’s trials, setbacks, disappointments, and pain. We are all evolving. Allow me to usher you into healing and recovery from life’s curve balls. I’ve provided therapy and community-based treatment and services to adolescents, adults, and families for over 16 years. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, various age groups, ethnicities, and backgrounds. I am a great listener, committed to fostering hope, warm, accepting, trustworthy, and empathetic. I work from a person-centered, compassionate, integrative therapy approach delivering therapeutic interventions to aid and support with healing and navigating life transitions. Additionally, I offer cognitive behavioral techniques geared towards adapting healthier thought processes and behavioral responses, as well as trauma-informed interventions to assist in the development of adaptive strategies as you embark on your healing journey. It is my hope you allow me the opportunity and privilege to usher you into your fullest potential in becoming the best version of yourself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our initial session, we'll focus on your what brought you to therapy, dive into the specific challenges you're facing, then work to develop tasks and goals to foster the change you desire to see for self and how you would like to begin seeing yourself in the world. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are serving young to mid-aged adults, who are experiencing end-of-life, grief and loss, family and parenting issues. I enjoy serving individuals who struggle with mood and anxiety symptoms negatively impact their overall functioning and ability to manage their day-to-day lives.
