I'm dedicated to facilitating personal growth, guiding you on a journey toward achieving your highest level of functioning and performance. My approach is goal-oriented, focusing on cultivating inner strength and expanding your psychosocial knowledge base. Specializing in stress and crisis management, we promote optimal well-being through mindfulness, aromatherapy, self-reflection, and self-care techniques.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, we'll begin with introductions before delving into the specific challenges you're encountering. This exploration will enable me to craft a personalized plan for us to address in subsequent sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With five years of experience assisting clients ranging from adolescents to older adults, I've honed a reliable playbook for aiding you in (a) pinpointing the underlying causes of your challenges and (b) devising a customized plan that yields tangible progress.

Naina helps individuals understand how their thoughts and beliefs influence their emotions and actionsSpecializing in trauma-informed, client-centered techniques, she has supported individuals dealing with domestic violence, prioritizing a strength-based perspective in her therapeutic approach.

Couples Counseling

For optimal results in relationship counseling, it's beneficial for each person in the relationship to have undergone at least four sessions of individual counseling beforehand. This approach enhances the effectiveness of relationship counseling as it fosters a deeper understanding of one's individual self before delving into the dynamics of the relationship. I integrate techniques from the Gottman Method along with other evidence-based and Eastern therapeutic approaches. Following the intake process, we will collaboratively determine the most suitable therapeutic plan.
