Hello, My Names Lindsey Duncan, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I'm so happy that you reached out for help. Little about me, I have worked with a variety of populations for over 7 years, both online and in my private practice. My passion in life is to help individuals transform their lives. I find success when I see others blossom towards personal growth and development. I enjoy working with a wide variety of populations whom are centered with the provision of emotional growth & development, and recovery. I have worked with many populations surrounding mood disorders, addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and dual diagnosis.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A client can expect in their first session a synapse of therapy . While bonding and engaging within their ideals for therapy . Specific goals will surround their life’s journey and current struggles within their day to day. I look forward to going into detail about the clients life and really getting to the root of their issues to provide tools for a healthy life.

My biggest strengths are improving mood, increasing self-worth, challenging negative thought patterns, improving boundaries, challenging codependency, and teaching Health coping skills. I have significant experience when dealing with addictions, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
