What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll take the time to build a rapport and establish a comfortable therapeutic relationship. This will involve exploring your background, experiences, and any concerns you may have. Additionally, we'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve through our sessions. Together, we'll assess whether my approach aligns with your needs and goals, ensuring that you feel confident and supported in our therapeutic journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to empathize with my clients, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. I'm skilled at active listening, which allows me to truly understand my clients' experiences and perspectives. Additionally, I am adaptable in my approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to tailor treatment to each individual's needs. I strive to foster collaboration and empowerment, helping my clients build resilience and develop coping strategies to navigate life's challenges.
