My Therapeutic goal is to help people help themselves. I am licensed in Texas my area with the most expertise would involve children, adolescents, and Teens. I was an Elementary School teacher for 15 years at multiple K - 12 Campuses, a K 12 School Counselor, and now a Nationally Certified LPC, and a school Psychologist intern. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
When I meet with my clients I like to get some background information and work with them to decide with the client when their goal is for counseling. When Working with Children I like the parent to begin the first session with me so the child is more comfortable and we can build some rapport.

I have experience in helping clients with motivation, self-esteem, depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, coping with grief and addiction, parenting issues, career difficulties, and confidence. I have experience with Intellectual disabilities, Obessesive Compulsions and OCD, self Harm, Young Adult Issues, children and Teen counseling, Anti Social Personalities, Avoidant Personality, Blended families, Codependency, and life stages and changes.
