Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. I have been in the mental health field since 2013. I enjoy working with individuals (ages 16-99 years old), couples, and families. I utilized an eclectic blend of treatment methods that best suits the client. I assist clients in gaining clarity on their goals and living the life they imagined.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session I explain my approach to therapy and answer any questions the client might have. I ask the clients questions to get an idea about their background and what might be helpful to accomplish in therapy and establish their goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been in mental health since 2013 and have worked in a variety of areas including the schools, courts, in-home, and the office. I have worked with many different issues including anxiety, anger management, substance abuse, trauma, stressors, communication issues, parenting, and more. I bring a laidback, warm/accepting presence, a sense of humor, and a flexible treatment model.
