Hey y'all, I'm Tabitha. Do you feel overwhelmed and under too much stress? Are you struggling with a history of trauma or problem relationships that cause problems in your current relationships? Is it hard to break those problem patterns or be kind to yourself? I help people overcome their anxieties and past traumatic/problematic relationship and behavior patterns. Together we can explore the problems that are causing difficulty in your life and relationships and find ways to resolve or move past them. We will use a holistic, whole self approach addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I try to integrate the things that are important to you into treatment to help you develop a strong healthy relationship with yourself as well as your people. I'm here to help. I know that seeking therapy can be scary and overwhelming, but you are making the right choice in seeking a safe place, free of judgment, to heal and grow. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques like EMDR to help you overcome the problems you are struggling to deal with on your own. I'm here for you and happy to help.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect me to be supportive of you on each step of your journey and to help remind you of your progress. You will be encouraged to make both big and small steps toward the goals you have for your life. I am here to support you in your journey towards your goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use some elements of CBT, Choice Theory, and Mindfulness. I am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work with a lot of people with trauma history that have gotten "stuck" in their life and problem patterns in life and relationships. I help those people process and move forward from their problem patterns and traumatic memories.
