Hello! My name is Monica Perez. Thank you for reaching out and taking the first step to taking care of your mental health. I understand life can feel challenging, overwhelming, and almost like your light has been shut off. My goal is to help you turn that light back on! I believe you are the expert on your story and will work at your pace while providing you with encouragement along the way. Together we can help you reach your goals and improve your mental health and well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start building rapport with introductions. I will conduct an intake to get an insight into the challenges you are facing. Together we will work on a treatment plan based on your specific needs/goals. The treatment plan will help hold us both accountable to ensure you meet your needs. The treatment plan will be updated once goals have been met, and new ones can be added at any time.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have six years of experience working with various ages with diverse issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anger, grief, work issues, and phase-of-life issues. In sessions, I have provided them with the resources and tools needed to help them decrease and manage their symptoms. I am committed to assisting my clients in reaching their goals by providing a supportive and therapeutic environment.
